I'm quite pleased with it.
I'm so in love with the colours and the designs on the DSP - I'm going to have to make sure I stock up!
Then I added a layer of DSP from the 'It's My Party' DSP stack and topped with a layer of Whisper White cardstock with the sentiment. This is stamped in Mint Macaron ink using the 'Happy Birthday' stamp from the 'Party Wishes' stamp set, with the balloons from the same set stamped in Mint Macaron, Melon Mambo (stamped off once) and Blushing Bride inks.
The balloons are punched out using the tiny balloon punch from the Party Punch Pack.
The stamps and the punches were actually bought together as a bundle (Party Wishes Clear Mount Bundle).
The strings for the balloons are stamped in Basic Black Archival ink, as is the sentiment inside the card - which comes from the 'Party Pants' clear mount stamp set which is a FREE Sale-A-Bration item see details below).
I used Stampin' Dimensionals to raise the balloons up a bit.
The dots underneath the sentiment are 'It's My Party' enamel dots in Melon Mambo.
